Weak and Powerless is my favorite song off of A Perfect Circle’s second album, Thirteenth Step.
I remember the first time I heard this song. I had listened to it on YouTube before I’d been able to find the full-length album at Barnes & Noble. During the middle, when the music goes quiet and builds up to the “little angel, go away part”, I got fucking chills. I absolutely could not stop playing it.
Couldn’t agree more. This song gave me chills the first time I heard it, and continues to give me chills every time I listen to it. Fucking incredible.
